About NONPROFIT.SYSTEMS · Boca Raton, Florida
We build around the way nonprofit teams actually work.
We design and develop websites, mobile apps and protected operational systems for nonprofits. The work starts with a real process — not a list of software features.
What we bring to a project.
Understand the work
We listen to leadership, staff and volunteers, map the current process and identify where information or responsibility gets lost.
Design the right system
We define the screens, records, roles, integrations and reports around the way the organization needs to operate.
Build and support it
We develop the system, test it with the people who will use it, train the team and agree on ongoing support.
One working case, with shared credit.
International Bible Church in Boca Raton is one of our working projects. Church leadership and the pastor defined priorities and operating rules, ministry teams and volunteers tested the workflows, and NONPROFIT.SYSTEMS designed and built the connected website, app and administration system.
That is how we approach every project: the organization owns its mission and decisions; we turn its operational knowledge into a system the team can use.
How we work.
Review the work
You show us where time is lost and which tools your team already uses. We identify a useful first process.
Agree on the scope
We write down the screens, rules, integrations, timeline and price before development begins.
Test with real users
Leadership, staff and volunteers review the workflow early enough to change it.
Train and support
Your team learns the system, and accounts, data export and ongoing support are agreed in advance.
We will help you decide whether to configure, connect or build.
