A church app connected to the rest of your work.

One admin, one set of information, and mobile apps for iPhone and Android connected to the same website and records.

One notification solves the thing your coordinator does by hand.

A meeting moves from Thursday to Wednesday, or from the hall to the small room. Someone sends an email. Nobody reads it. The coordinator then calls eleven people, which is the most reliably wasted hour in church administration.

When the calendar on your website and the app are the same system, moving the meeting pushes a notification to the leaders' phones within seconds. That is the whole feature, and at our own church it is the one people noticed first.

The app and website use the same information.

Your team enters an event, update or program date once. It can then appear on the website, in the iPhone app, in the Android app and in the protected admin without rebuilding the same content for every channel.

Staff and volunteers can also use the functions they need from a phone or computer. Access is set by role, so a volunteer does not see the same records as an administrator or finance user.

What we connect

Website content, program registration, push notifications, payments, calendars and approved integrations can share one operational foundation. The exact functions are agreed before development.

Prepared for the App Store and Google Play.

We can include store assets, listing copy, technical preparation and submission in the project scope. Apple and Google review every application independently, so approval and timing remain with the stores.

What goes inside it.

  • Services, events and the calendar, with push when something moves
  • Registration for programs, with the QR code the family needs at check-in
  • Giving, including recurring gifts and an option to cover the fee
  • Sermons and media, pulled from the channel you already publish to
  • Groups and volunteer roles, with sign-in by email or PIN
  • Three languages, if your congregation needs them

All of it reads from one admin. A volunteer coordinator types a date once, and the website, the app and the task list agree about it — which is the actual product here. The twelve modules are listed on the homepage, with what is live and what is in rollout.

If you are starting from a site that needs the work more than the app does, read our guide to church websites and local discovery first.

Questions before you start.

Will it work on an older iPhone?

Installing from the browser and push notifications work on current iOS and Android. We check the specific devices your team and congregation actually use before we promise anything, and the website itself works everywhere regardless.

Can we send notifications to one group only?

Yes. Notifications follow roles and groups — leaders, youth, distribution volunteers. Sending everything to everyone is how people end up turning them off.

Do we need the whole system to get an app?

No, but the app is only worth having when something feeds it. The usual order is one workflow first, then the site and app on top of it, so there is real information to notify people about.

Who owns the app and the data?

Your organization. The domain and accounts are in your name, and the export and handover terms are agreed before work starts.
